Stuart Bowl - Lanes & Lounge

"The place looks like it’s a blast but once your sitting down it’s awkward you share a couch with other lanes the couches need to be back to back not sectionals it’s invading and weird then they have tables at the couches that can’t be used why even have them there they don’t turn on the glow lites til late so young crowds don’t get to enjoy it much unless they stay late they have big projector screens but use little tvs it just seems like it could be better the set up for the whole thing is really cool an the double sided bowling alley is awesome plus the private bowl that’s great for party’s but it all just seems plain Jane not really screaming let’s go there again kinda feel sucks because it has so much potential but it’s just not"

"Edited in response to your response: First off no one was looking for ANYTHING for free, your manager said that you guys were going to "make it right". Is that what you are referring to as wanting something for free? Second you are correct your manager made a mistake and then proceeded to completely LIE. Is that acceptable behavior for your company or employees? You then proceeded to ask my husband if he ever made a mistake....of course no one is perfect. What do we do if we make a mistake you might ask, we make it right or lose business. We have done our parties there for quite a while now, unfortunately your manager and quite frankly you have ruined that for us!!!!! After the whole debacle we had to go back to all the families and try to coordinate another day which is not an easy task when dealing with multiple families. Shame on you and your company for not having higher standards from your managers and having the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. FYI my husband never hung up on you but you did threaten to keep our deposit over your mistake. Signed a very disappointed and dissatisfied past customer. I would give them a 0 if I could. Given bad information from one of their managers then told too bad people make mistakes. Didn’t want to try and make it work just told we can refund you your deposit. Now I have to go back to all these families we were doing our party with and tell them. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Not sure what happened to providing good customer service but you won’t get it here."

"I had a blast at Stuart Bowl on a Sunday night! The disco lights and music videos added a fun twist to our bowling experience. Unlimited bowling for just $7 from 7pm-10pm is a steal. The lanes were clean, and it's never too crowded, which is a plus. The food at the snack bar was exactly what you'd expect from a bowling alley. Overall, a great place for a fun night out!"

"I’ve been bowling since I was 8. I’m 54 now and I’ve been to some ratty bowling alleys and some really awesome ones. This is one of the awesome ones. Top 5 if not top 3. Nice, clean, lanes are beautiful, staff friendly. I’m a medical professional in town on a 13 week contract. I’m sure I’ll be back at lest 13 more times. 5 *"
