Our staff uses a variety of techniques to teach, including visual examples and verbal instructions, and we believe in a positive approach to building self-esteem in our athletes. Safety is our top priority, and our staff is well-educated in the guidelines established by national organizations such as Safe Sport, USA Gymnastics, and USASF Cheer. We introduce new skills and techniques as athletes show readiness both physically and mentally, allowing them to progress at their own pace.
