About the Business
The Chocolate Spectrum is a family-owned artisan chocolate company located at 6725 West Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida. We specialize in delicious chocolate confections and offer a unique opportunity to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Founded in 2013 by Valerie for her son Blake, who has autism, our mission is to provide training and employment opportunities for those with special needs.
Our shop in Jupiter serves as a training ground for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering them the chance to develop valuable business skills and gain meaningful work experience. With over 50 individuals trained in our program, we are proud to support the autism community and provide a platform for these individuals to thrive.

All proceeds from our sales go towards funding our training programs, ensuring that we can continue to make a difference in the lives of those with special needs. "Firstly, such an amazing cause! I am an admin at a start-up and we had the idea of using a company for chocolates that is for a cause for a tradeshow we will be attending in a different state. I searched around but once I landed on The Chocolate Spectrum I knew I wanted them. From the initial conversation of qty, color, and packaging to Valerie calling the hotel to make sure it would be arriving in safe hands until we got there was beyond fabulous. Highly recommended! "Absolutely one of the best chocolates that Ive ever had. The key lime and coconut truffles are my favorite as well as anything they make with white chocolate ! I truly wish they were closer so that I could buy more often. As a special needs mom, the details to the chocolates as well as seeing the staff pride themselves in their work is truly remarkable.
