"NO AIR CONDITIONING! When it’s 90 degrees outside with a heat index of over 100 and you expect when you drop $100 bucks on an hour of playing games you’d like they turn on some air! But when I asked a team member I just got told “No” that they didn’t have air! Made the gaming experience MISERABLE!"
"This use to be so nice... We are locals that have been going here since the day it opened. We went today 7-10-22, and half of the games were shut down/broken (all the ones you can actually win tickets) and when we went to get the "toys" you can win... every single one of those were broken as well. We will be going to the arcade at the putt putt golf next door or the one at The Wharf next time because this was a total embarrassment and has became nothing more than a tourist trap Sad sad day for us as a family."
