"Went to buy something that was clearly posted for 50% off and they said that it was but now it isn't! I asked well shouldn't it still be honored and he said no that was a mistake on their part. Well how hard is it to move items away from clearance racks. The young heavy set black dude was very rude and spoke under his breath. I cannot believe this kind of customer service. And jus went back in to see if they even removed the item and of course NO!!! Workers are not hard to find these days!"

"10/2-Walked in at 640p. Was Greeted with "CLOSING IN 5 MINUTES!" Employee Stuck Running the Establishment Solo from what I Overheard While Rushing to Grab Major Item I Came in for, forget the other things I was planning to Shop for. Mind you I had JUST came here because Kingsley Location is COMPLETELY Closed...I Get the frustration , But Driving around the city looking for a location OPEN is Ridiculous considering there's 3 within 5min of me. Dollar General needs to do Better By their EMPLOYEES. smh"

"This store isn’t even open. Hasn’t been for a few weeks now. There a sign on the door saying “store closed due to broken a/c”. Will the a/c ever get fixed? Or will this location close permanently due to non working a/c."

"The store has the worst inventory I've ever seen. For the past 2 months I've gone in there and they are always completely out of toilet paper and paper towels that are anything other than DG brand. Even their own brand has only two or three packages on the shelf. I can't blame the staff because there never seems to be more than one or two of them working at any given time. They're doing the best they can with the management they are given. The staff is always wonderful and I really feel for those employees."

"This one is way better than the one in Middleburg. The employees are nice. They don't have an attitude with you when you come in 10 minutes before they close. They don't accuse you of stealing anything when you have money in your pocket and merchandise in your hand like the other store did me and I'm no longer welcome there. But sorry to rant about a different store it's within the same company but I'm not going to take it out on One Bad Apple even though one apple spoils the bunch. The store was immaculate again very courteous and respectful helpful employees. Restroom was the very clean. That's a big deal for me because I have children I don't want them walking into a dirty place including the bathroom which was in great shape. Thank you for all your help and being courteous. This will now be my home Dollar General Store! Thank you!"
