"I have to drive quite a distance to get to this location as the one closest to me has closed. I had several boxes of items of various kinds. Some still wrapped as they were never opened or used. Boxes were mixed with a combination of clothes as well as other household items. Everything was in great shape. I couldn't believe the guy at the drop off area. He would open a box and look only what was on top. He only took boxes where he could see clothes on top. The other boxes, he didn't even look to see what was there.....didn't see clothes so he told me to just 'trash' my other stuff. Said it was 'garbage'. Believe me....there was no garbage in there. In fact, if he had actually looked in the boxes, he would have found clothes that had been washed and neatly folded or brand new. I went into the store to see if they indeed were just selling clothes. Nope.....had all kinds of 'garbage'. Guess I will look for another donation center....not Goodwill again."
"Not a great experience. Prices are crazy high (like the same as buying it brand new) and the clothing is stained... some with mold. The only plus was there is a big variety of items, in the store. We won't be back."
"I do love some thrift stores but this one is ugly. Look like a warehouse. Prices can make you LAUGH sometimes they selling donated stuff! I know you got employees n rent to pay but dayum."
"I think this is the best goodwill in Naples, but I would just like to say I had a wonderful experience in customer service here as well: I had found a beautiful vintage wedding gown, they accommodated me allowing me to try it on & when I went to leave with my purchase, it started to monsoon! With not a clear sky in sight, and with such a fragile special item, my fiancé and I didn’t know what to do. The store manager Michelle (?) was kind enough to bring the dress through the back so we could pick it up under the awning outside, and Jay (?) was kind enough to fit my wedding dress in a large plastic bag to keep it safe. I really felt taken care of as a customer in a way I’ve never experienced at any thrift store, and it will always be a special memory associated with our wedding: BEST GOODWILL EMPLOYEES EVER "
