"Long line at the drive thru so I went inside. The server was taking inside orders and then making all the drive thru drinks while two others worked the drive thru. Waited 15 min for two coffees. Inside cashier should be only working the walk ins and maybe not chew wads of gum at the same time."

"Our food was inedible. The bread for my avocado toast with bacon was so hard I couldn't bite it. It would haven taken a hammer to break it up. Just nasty. My husband got low carb egg bites that were also terrible. Staff did not know what they were doing."

"Such a poor experience. Completely understaffed and untrained at peak hours. Enployees are frustrated and talking trash about customers in line. I love Dunkin’ but they’ve made it an easy decision to go to Starbucks across the street. Maybe the leadership will get it together."

"Employees cursing at the front counter. No one knows what’s going on. So many eye rolls from every member of the team. Maybe because they are ten orders in the hole and no one trained them. Or maybe because the pay is trash and they serve a community where people have no sympathy for low income employment. Get it together Dunkin. I do not fault the location. I fault the leadership. Pay better. Care for your people and they will care for your guests"
