"Second visit. Both times service painfully slow. Not enough employees working for Saturday lunch, and those that were there poorly trained. I had to go back and ask multiple times for missing items from our order. It was a good 30-40 mins from walking in the door to finally being seated with our food. My son went and got an Publix sub, came back and ate it…we still didn’t have our food! Owner was on site wiping down and cleaning, but seemingly ignored the line of customers who were waiting."

"This place is so clean it feels almost sterile in a good way. I trust that the food and environment is clean and safe for sure. If you complain on here it is overpriced than please follow food trends more closely so you understand how things work. Very nice staff and very helpful when it came to navigating the dual branding. Overall a great experience! Got the crispy chicken Asian salad and was very happy with the quality! Plus the portion sizes are generous and you get the rolls too!"

"First time here & we had a wonderful experience thanks to LOGAN! Greeted us with enthusiasm & a smile! Logan actively listened & responded to our questions & helped guide us throw the line & options along with his recommendations! He did it with such ease & showed confidence & knowledge of the products & menu really well! He definitely built the anticipation up toward the end of the line! Especially when we got our drink & mixed the tea & lemonade! Great atmosphere & awesome food! 10/10! I would definitely come back & recommend this place to others! Thanks to Logan! "I was so looking forward to Saladworks opening in LWR. Unfortunately it has been disappointing my first two visits. Opening day was a disaster with a huge, slow line. With only one person checking people out the line is frustratingly slow. Came back yesterday and again a long slow line. My salad was supposed to be a romaine/iceberg mix but it was all iceberg, not one single piece of romaine. Again they had only one cashier so everyone’s food is sitting there waiting. The salads are quite small for the price but I did like the fresh wheat roll. I hope they figure out how to move the line faster (like fresh kitchen can)."
