"We had an amazingly good experience here, given that the property is a vacation club, we were surprised. Everything in our unit worked and was very clean. The front desk was friendly, professional and responsive. We highly recommend the place and would definitely try to stay here when next at Disney."
"We had an older room. I got stuck in the bathroom twice and realized the door knob wasn't installed properly. I needed to turn the door handle up instead of down. I am glad I wasn't alone because it took both of us to figure out how to get me out. There are remodeled rooms. I would recommend requesting one of those. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The grounds were well maintained. It is located very close to disney springs."
"This spot has spacious rooms and all the amenities that you need. The rooms are well stocked and ours had a balcony with a view of the pool. The convenience store has a lot of gifts and souvenirs as well as breakfast and lunch options. Fitness center is small but well equipped and 24 hours."
"This was our first time staying here. We stayed in a 2- bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room furnishings were very nice, comfortable beds, very clean. The entertainment staff was very friendly and our two kids loved doing the activities and games. For early January the pool was heated nicely. We will definitely be back as we highly recommend it."
"We were very impressed with this time share. We had the 3 bedroom setup and the 3rd bedroom was an interconnected studio apartment with own small kitchen, huge bathroom and small patio! Wow, fantastic space for me as grandma! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our evenings watching Harry Potter DVDs as we were visiting Universal each day. Pools are large and heated and right outside the back side entrance of our building. There's also a small convenience market and small restaurant that had great pizzas and salads. The timeshare itself was very clean and provided many accrouments. Many towels with fresh towels delivered midweek. We all really enjoyed our stay."
