"They should change ownership or just close it down. I’d rather drive 15 minutes past this location that’s 2 mins away, than to ever go back. I’ve gone several times and it’s never good but today was worse than ever. I waited 20 mins and my food was literally cold and they forgot a whole bagel sandwich I ordered. How? Then had an attitude because I wanted my food warm and my actual bagel. Smh If you’re going to work there, take pride in it until you get to where you want to be. But you’ll never get there if you don’t maximize where you are now."
"This is a location close to my work, so it's convenient to grab a coffee. For the most time Dunkin Donuts specialty coffees are pretty good. The biggest issue with this location is the coffee is different every single time I order one. I get the same drink every time I order, but it never taste like the ones from other locations, and none of them from this location ever tast the same from drink to drink. The employees are great, super friendly, but the drinks just aren't working."
"My sister brought me a Medium Pumpkin spiced Iced Coffee and I was drinking it when something suddenly touched my tongue. I found a piece of paper in my mouth. This is absolutely disgusting, I almost threw up. I won’t be getting another pumpkin spice from Dunkin this season. I want a refund"
"I visit this Dunkin a lot and it's average. My wife enjoys the coffee and the kids the occasional doughnuts or ice cream. The doughnuts are decent, I prefer the Krispy variety but you take what you can get. Their ice cream section, though, is in a frostburnt state of disrepair. Check the quality before ordering for sure. They are super busy during peak times but the staff was kind enough to not deny my four year olds request for a sample. If you want coffee and can wait in line during rush hour, rest assured it'll be marginally better than a gas station."
