"A week ago I got a strawberry freeze, and I’m not over exaggerating when I say that it tasted exactly like mildew. I spit it out all over my counter. It was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend going here because if that’s the case there’s no way the food is good as well."

It's with genuine dismay that I recount an experience so steeped in managerial incompetence and disregard for customer service, it compels me to warn others. From the outset, the establishment seemed to operate on a bizarre set of ad-hoc policies, seemingly conjured at whim and enforced with a perplexing inconsistency. The staff, while perhaps well-meaning, appeared directionless, a clear reflection of the chaotic management style governing this establishment. The zenith of this fiasco was an interaction with the general manager, Debra. Approached with a concern, her response was nothing short of shocking. Had me chase her on for a month, promised endless callbacks and emails — didn't do it at all, culminating to an outright refusal to provide assistance or any semblance of customer service, Debra embodied the very essence of managerial failure. It's one thing for an establishment to falter in service or ambiance, but it's another realm entirely when a leader in customer service abdicates their fundamental responsibilities so blatantly. This isn't just a criticism of a single poor experience; it's an indictment of a systemic issue within this location. Their franchise, so they don't seem to be worried about reputation or quality. A restaurant's success hinges not just on the quality of its food but also on the caliber of its service and the competence of its management. When these elements are as grossly neglected as I witnessed, it signals a deep-rooted problem that goes beyond a simple bad day. Patrons deserve better."

"Ordered 4 items. Bag was packed so I assumed the order was correct. Lo and behold the most expensive item was not included. They have no way to be contacted unless I drive back to their store. Needless to say I will no longer be going to Checkers. If I could give them a minus 10 for service I would. Money is tight and my treat for the kids was ruined. KPM"

"Checkers is a burger chain located in Seffner, FL. The vibe here isn’t all that great. It looks old fashioned, but this is terribly executed with the design of the tiles. I went here through the drive thru, and it took several minutes to get to the front. The staff here is just alright, and the speaker is faulty. The food here can go either ways. The fries were good, the burger was okay, but the chicken had too little meat. There was some empty space between the breading and chicken. Overall, I don’t recommend Checkers."
