"The drive thru staff was completely rude, short and in no way friendly nor helpful. I was rushed thru my order from the box and by the time I made it to the window the cashier simply took my money, gave me the entire wrong bag while never ever making eye contact or using any customer service whatsoever. I waited again when she returned she practically threw the same bag at me which was again not my order! When I explained that wasn’t my order her given response with complete attitude was “Welel then what did you order?” Snatched the bag back and while I waited again I was finally given my correct order of course without a bit of customer service not even have a nice day, thanks for your patience, etc! This isn’t the first time the lack off customer service here has been completely disappointing"

"Ive been to this Hardee's multiple times over many years. The food has always been good and hot and pretty consistent. The last 2 times I've been in for breakfast hours the male manager with the tattoos on his arm has absolutely the worst managerial skills, yelling at his employees in public and being disrespectful. I let it go the first time but when he had an employee walk out in tears and then a few minutes later was discussing her inappropriately with another customer I felt it needed to be addressed. If he is there in the future I will find another place to visit. Overall the food was great. The manager may need to take classes on handling employees better as it made the whole dining room uncomfortable. Even though the employee may have been wrong it should have been addressed in a private manner not in the open."

"Not a clean table in the place with discarded food bags on the floor. Generally get good burgers at Hardee's but my "Super Star" just fell apart when I picked it up. Separately, the two burger patties were good."

"normally when I eat here the food is hot fresh and delicious but today I stopped by and got a bacon DBL cheeseburger and a large fry the fries and burger were cold and on top of that I didn't even get a whole patty whoever made my sandwich gave me a half patty on the bottom and broken pieces of a patty on top"

"decided to stop by as i had an appt in the tampa area, was a few miles away when i noticed how bad my food was, completely cold and flat as a pancake, missing my ketchup and looking like a tv dinner from the frozen section, no number to call corporate which shows they wont listen to customer concerns so wrote on the contact us page, 2 days passed and still no response i live 70 miles away so not worth the drive back i expect this from mcds not hardees, i spent $15 and this is the disaster that i got ⬇️ burger king is being sued for $5mil because there advertising there burgers on pictures bigger then what there serving them, yall doing the same thing by serving these pancake burgers"
