"NO cashiers. Told cashier was on break...use self check out I was told. We refused. Then told manager on break.. Then told the other manager out of town..!! And this employee says. .SHE IS THE PIC...PIC??? person in control I'm.told.. really??? Evidently not! Lol. No more Bjs . COSTCO AND PUBLIX is the way to go. When you drop Six to Eight hundred on groceries etc...ya gotta do better Bjs!!!"
"More expensive than others, yet poorer quality of in house branded products. Employees are hard to find and in no hurry around this place. Be ready to wait longer to leave than you spent finding what you needed Going back to Sam's Club as soon as my membership expires. I'll gladly take a refund and pack up my honest review and go home. The least y'all can do"
"I'm going to give BJ's four stars because the prices are pretty close to Sam's, but slightly higher. The variety of items is not as good though. Their bakery items are not very good either, I have tried quite a few of them and they are very bland, so I do not recommend them . If you pick and choose and clip coupons you can do ok. Sometimes it gets monotonous looking through all the coupons though. I will continue to shop here for certain items and I do recommend the simple membership for $55."
"BJ's started out amazing. Curb side pickup people are nice and friendly. But if you order for curbside pickup and they don't have everything they will release your original dollar amount.( Will get back to you in 5 days) and charge you again for the price of what you do pickup. Be wary if you are low on funds.. they also have horrible customer service. They all tell you, that the money will be back in account 5-7 days, they are sorry and it will be ok... I won't be using curbside pickup anymore"
"I came tonight for an online order pick up, and was helped by Randall in the drive-up pickup area. His help was fantastic! He was kind and pleasant, he was very accommodating, and in my case I needed to exchange a bakery item I'd gotten the day prior that was a little stale, and he was wonderful about exchanging it. In addition one of my boxes looked damaged, and he went and got a new one, no questions asked and extremely helpful! I just appreciated the Fantastic service and especially on the night before Thanksgiving when you know it's been a madhouse all day! Absolutely five star customer service, thank you Randall!"
