"Terrible management . They literally had a line touching their back wall and had 1 person(young guy) on the register with 2 other women doing nothing to help. 1 person(manager) was helping a customer while the other 2 sat and watched. Great operations practices will tell you(as a manager) to take care of the line! No one addressed the frustrated customers, no one apologized, they just kept standing around. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing! I never shop here and probably never will again. The first and the last time!"

"Arrived at store 18 minutes before close and loss prevention guy tells us store is closed on line and holiday hours posted on door says close at 10:00 pm and says his name is “Dylan” I know it’s a lie he’s rudeeee if I could leave zero stars I would normally a good store. And doors are unlocked he had a smirk oh his face we drove allll the way for Lauderdale by the sea and when we told him he said well that’s unfortunate. He NEEDS to be FIRED !!!"

"I've always heard/seen of dd's Discounts in other locations and cities, but never shopped until recently. Was able to get six products that I liked - two pairs of sneakers, a storage case, door hanger for clothes/towels, underwear and bedroom slippers. Unfortunately I had to return three of the six products due to low quality. Even though dd's has great, affordable prices I wish the quality for some items were higher. But it's understandable given the value of the price. Very thankful for the 30-day return policy."

"DD`s is a great store for inexpensive and quality goods. The cashiers work quickly and really get the line moving fast. The layout of the store is easy to navigate but somehow the quantity makes it appear overwhelming. One major problem is that the consumers tend to mess up the goods which make the store uncomfortable at times. Lots, I mean lots of parking."
