"I had an issue with a pair Of shoes purchased 3 1/2 months ago. The manager, Noelia Medina, was very disrespectful and rude. The only time her attitude changed and she offered a viable solution was when another customer walked into the store. She said that Stuart weitzman shoes were not for and I think I agree. I will not purchase from a company that doesn’t stand behind their product and has a manager that thinks it’s ok to treat a repeat customer like this."

"Buyer beware! The shoes are lovely but I've had to return 2 pair because of defects!?? Seems crazy at this price point but it's true. Make sure both shoes are the same size against one another AND the same color. (Dont trust the labeling) Returning them is not as easy as you would think for such a high end retailer. I've been a repeat customer for years but I'll think twice in the future."
