"I just went the store located at the Sawgrass, I have been a regular customer for years, and no complaints, however this opportunity at the moment of checkout and pay, the service was terrible from the beginning, the employee demeanor was absolutely poor, and just because I made a question, because the last couple of opportunities, I used my wife's tax exempt certificate as we are resellers, and so far everything was OK, however when I wanted to provide our email to accumulate the rewards, everything changed, the employee was extremely rude and advised because the tax, we can't accumulate rewards, something that was completely absurd in my personal opinion, as we get tax exempt and rewards in so many other stores, then he explained that we already get a discount with that, I do not agree as the explanation was really poor, but if this is something from the corporate office is ok and rules from everycompany should be followed, the problem and my complaint is not about the company rules, it is about the behavior from this employee, I was not rude to him, I just did not agree with the explanation, and some other employee advised in the past that was perfectly OK. Some employees must provide good customer service, and if they don't feel comfortable with the job, just find another one and let other good people work."

"Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Good sale going on right now in the clearance items. They are already marked down plus you get an extra 20% off the lowest sicker price. They are also buy one and get an additional 50% off the second pair."

"Store is big and well organized. They have a good selection of shoes and fair prices. However their customer service is terrible. Employees were chatting all the time. When we asked for help the seemed annoyed and not willingly to help. We couldn't find a size and the employee helping us was called to come back and chat. He didn't even finish helping us and went back to chat."
