"My wife and Children had a terrible experience with the Champs Sports store in Naples Fl. My wife purchased a $160.00 pair of Nike Sneakers for my son and 2 weeks later the soles were coming apart. She went to the store and spoke to T.J. the manager who was extremely rude and condescending and told her there was nothing he could do because the shoes had been worn. T.J. was also very dismissive of my wife and walked away from here while she was attempting to speak to him. I called the corporate number explained the situation and went in to the store and TJ was forced to give me a refund for the torn shoes. It was obvious that T.J. was very upset that he was essentially "forced" to refund my money. We will never shop in this store or any other Champs store in the future and I recommend that no one buys anything from this store as they will not stand by their product. In my onion not only should T.J. not be managing this store he should be terminated for treating my wife with such disrespect in front of my children !"

"Jacob was the rudest manager of any store I’ve ever met he said regardless of what my employee told you I am not going to be able to sell you that at that price which was $40 difference on a $515 purchase. I went and bought my Jordan’s somewhere else. And returned due to Jacob."
"Everything was fine except after I signed up for their rewards card online it didnt work. The manager came and tried his best to get it to work too. Nice people there and everyone is very helpful."
"You’re not allowed to try on both shoes because they’re afraid you’ll steal them. If you try to return a shoe they deem “worn,” they’ll say they can exchange them but not return them even if they were bought less than 24 hours prior. When you tell them that it doesn’t make any sense to be able to exchange but not return them if you have the receipt they’ll speak down to you and throw the shoe box around to try to intimidate you. What a bunch of crooks. I will never buy from CHAMPS again and neither should you."
