"Almost buy shoes every time we come. It's worth coming to the mall."
"Yolanda the manager for 25years was horrible. Terrible customer service and professionalism. Never asked if we needed help, brought my family of four in for shoes. Yolanda was on her personal cell phone the entire time and when we were checking out she made us wait while she used the store phone to call her personal phone that she just lost in the store and made another employee run around the store looking for it. When we commented on how rude she was being, she replied “it’s a $700 phone, that I pay for”. Yolanda was very unprofessional. My family and I live in Naples year round and have been to this store many times for our shoe purchases, but not sure we will be back unless someone can light a fire under Yolanda and get her to understand good customer service skills as she should be a role model of this standard being the manager. This experience happened: 9/30/19"
