"There were two people working and the older lady was very rude. They have a public restroom for paying customers and the older lady refused to let me use it. I had over $300 worth of merchandise I was carrying around and put it all back. I definitely would not shop here again."

"Good selection of tshirts, shoes and lots of tourist type clothing. My daughter did find a cute dress. However, the staff was extremely rude and as we were standing In line to check out, there were two lady staff members laughing at us. This is obviously a problem for their store because other reviews say the same thing. If they get better control over their workers and hire people that act professionally we may go back."

"HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Young African American girl was working in shop when my husband and I came in to buy sandals. we found ONE pair his size that he liked. We took them to the counter to pay and the young lady was attempting to take off the sensor which was not put in a great spot and she was having to use a pair of pliers to break it apart... no joke. She stopped trying to remove the sensor and wanted us to pay and when I told her I wanted to see the sandals condition after sensor was removed before paying. She then down the sandal and walked away to the area where the sandals were located without saying a word! We were lost, I walked up to her and asked her what she was doing and she said getting another sandal since I did not trust her. I reached out to touch her arm in a kind way to say it was not her I did not trust that the sensor placement was not her fault but I did not want to pay to only return them immediately if they got damaged in the attempt to remove the sensor. And I knew that this was the only pair, believe me we looked. She snapped at me "do not touch me" in a very loud voice, stormed back to the counter as if I had hit her!! Needless to say we left and will never return to the store. I have made several attempts to call the store and the phone listed has a nonsense like vm so I am not confident it is the correct number. I would hope the owner would like to know about this incident but I did my part.... But I do recommend steering clear, there are so many other very friendly shops that would appreciate the business and will actually be nice and professional. Shame this area is such a great place, to have an employee like this is a mark on this shop, which is unfair to everyone involved. Even this young lady, who needs to be counseled to help to be a better employee and frankly a better human!"

"Super disappointed. I bought an overpriced shirt that I loved and was willing to pay for. Washed it once. The graphic all peeled off and now the seam on the sleeve is ripping. Do not buy anything here! Not worth it. Few souvenir shops to choose from and they know it. Save your money and just collect the shells!"

"Fun little gift shop with plenty of items to choose from. They have a large variety of shoes and sandals available as well as a convenient selection of bathing suits, shirts, shorts, and other items in case you forgot to pack yours or are looking for another article. Worth a visit if you have a free afternoon."
