"We had purchased a Sun Trike and needed new wheels and service was awesome! In 1 day I had my new wheels and was ready to ride! They were extremely helpful and were very nice! Thank you for a great experience!"
"First, I will say that the shop was very clean, looked professionally run, and everyone was helpful. But the reason for only three stars (almost made it two) is that I brought in my basic hybrid bike (i.e. not a specialized bike in any way) because of two flats. To simply replace each of the tubes was $13.08 for the tube itself and $15.89 for the labor. So to replace two tubes was a total of $58 ($29 each)!! I have never been charged that much or anything close. Disappointed."

"Tim is incredible! He suggested great bikes for my husband and I. We upgraded our bikes e-bikes with pedal assist. We love our new bikes. My seat needed an adjustment after we got it home and Tim worked on it while I waited in the shop. I bought my first Townie from Tim 2 years ago. We decided to upgrade as presents to each other for Christmas. We remembered the great service Tim gave us the first time and continue to be grateful for his suggestions and help!"
