"This is the place to go for honest shoe repair and evaluation. I purchested a new pair of dance shoes on line and they came with what I thought was too high a heel. The owner looked at them and sugested I try them before cutting down the heel rather than just taking my money and cutting down the heel. He thought they were perfict because he is also a dancer."

"I was sad that my favorite nude pumps were down to the metal & the straps to my favorite work bag looked ragged & frayed when a friend recommended The Shoe Lab. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside The Shoe Lab you can see that they really know their craft. My shoes & purse were both fixed like new & for a very fair price. And the owner & staff are quite friendly. Never going anywhere else for these types of repairs!"
