"This place is just AWESOME as soon as you walk up to the main entrance! The guide (and owner) was truly amazing, passionate, friendly and fun! She had so many cool things to share about this crazy brilliant house full of weird inventions and doors!! ;-) She is doing a terrific job with the renovation and upkeep of this beautiful house. You can really see that this insane project is a product of love of history and attention to detail ! This is a must see if you are in the neighborhood ! Advance tickets are required !"
"Went for the Halloween tour. What a hidden gem in cental Florida. The design of the house and the practical inventions within are very interesting. The owner runs the place on her own and does a fabulous job! I highly recommend taking a tour if you're in the area, definitely make a reservation."
"Amazing place, a relatively unknown hidden gem of local Florida history. The design of the house and the practical inventions within are like nothing else. There are more doors in this house than there are on my whole street! The owner and tour guide runs the place essentially on her own and does a fantastic job! Looking forward to coming back with the boyfriend and enjoying the tour all over again! If you're in the area, definitely make a reservation and spend the time to take the tour (not quite a couple hours)...it's worth it!"
