"I believe in supporting black owned businesses but I will no longer support this business due to the lack of customer service and my order not being fulfilled. My husband and I went to the store to have our son’s football bag embroidered and 24 days later the order isn’t complete. I called and went to the store to check the status of the bag, the young man gave us the run around and lied. My son’s duffle bag was thrown in a corner on the floor when we went to the store to pick it . The staff needs to do a better job with communication about orders and customer service. HONEST IS THE BEST POLICY❗️"
