"I normally come to this rainbows a lot but today I had to use the restroom and I ask can I please use the restroom, I had about $300 worth of items in my hand getting ready to pay and all of a sudden I had to pee so I asked can I use the restroom and the man that was stocking told me no so I left everything on the counter and I will never come back here again if I am willing to spend $300 in your place I don’t think it’s an issue. If I need to use the restaurant I will never come back or shop at rainbows any day I would prefer to go to Sheehan or fashion"

"Rainbow is such a lack luster company even after the pandemic their dressing rooms are still closed which is a huge inconvenience! On November 26th , 2023 I purchased an item got home and couldn't fit! the item was for my aunts funeral whom I was very close to and still grieving never the less, I returned to the store on November 27,2023 to process a return for the item I was reassured I would receive my refund within 7 days , here we are 30 days later rainbow has my merchandise and my money still! I've reached out to customer service via phone and the representatives are very rude and condescending I was promised multiple calls back to no avail! I feel as I will never get my money back I don't understand how a company so big as rainbow won't just return!l my funds!"

"This rainbow Store in particular I like the most because they Sell PLUS SIZE, and Kids clothing with affordable prices and a big variety of styles. The Workers are Nice and helpful. Only drawback is there are no bathrooms and limit to dressing room is only 3 items besides that, This store is Great with spacious parking and would recommend."
