"They are very rude and unprofessional first off as I get there it's raining outside it's back to school shopping so it's tax-free I figured I'd go get my son a spray book bag a Sprayground bookbag after driving all the way from Pembroke Pines mall I get there nobody's answering the door I had to Bam on the door for the associate to come from the back of the store and her excuse was all the rain keep the door open so they locked it when it sales day back to school Not only was that going on I made a purchase it didn't go through fine I had to go back and get my father I come back with a honorable veteran to come back and make the purchase because I didn't have his ID in the midst of that she giving him a hard time I said at this point can I speak to a manager she pretends like she act like she calling the manager never called the manager once I got my elderly father back to the car I went in to get the store number the manager name and the location identify the store number she's telling me oh she can't give me a manager name she can't do this okay no problem I need for you to call the manager I didn't know you didn't I said right there you never bothered to pick up your phone I stood there she called the manager the manager she talked to on the phone then she decided to tell me she's talking about the ID at this point it's not even about the credit card or the purchase it's about your service and how y'all conduct yourself as poor individuals and Associates to customers that's trying to spend money for their kids to get their kids ready for school if you needed the money fine but if you don't then don't open up don't open up a service down here they are sorry and they will never ever get any service from me"
