"FREE THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS!! I am deeply dissatisfied and offended by the recent events at the facility. Despite the facility's pristine appearance, I was appalled to find non-electric vehicles occupying the electric charging station, which is clearly meant for electric cars. This blatant disregard for the purpose of those charging spots is infuriating. What's more, I witnessed a woman repeatedly checking the back doors of the facility, slamming them open and shut seven times in a row. This behavior is not only bizarre but also highly disruptive and unnecessary. With security cameras all over the facility, this continuous disturbance is unacceptable. To top it off, they have installed a makeshift gate that seems designed to restrict access to the parking lot and the 24/7 chargers. This raises serious suspicions about their intentions, especially considering the incentives they likely received for installing those chargers in the first place. I am left feeling offended, disappointed, and disheartened by these actions. I intend to report this to Prim Rose and file a formal complaint. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and I expect better from a facility that I was once proud to be associated with. They also literally locked me in the parking lot!! Super ghetto and then unlocked once they saw me taking picture and video unlocked it. There are far more gas stations than electric charging stations at the moment. Don’t pretend to be apart of the future and cause a great inconvenience for individuals attempting to advance society forward. 0 stars these people seem prejudice against their own community. Lame AF!"

"I only use the outdoor basketball court. As of late there's been garbage left on and around the court, but besides that, it's a great area"

"I have no perfect words to describe just how much of a train wreck this center is. All I can say is you’ll do better to drive an extra twenty minutes to go to another center than this one."

"If I could give Rosemont Neighborhood Center 0 stars I would. It is an absolutely horrible place to take your children and an even worse workplace. I had worked here for awhile and it has never been as bad as it is now. There were incidents I witnessed where the counselors ended up hitting on the campers (numerous times but it was always covered up) and other incidents where alarming behavior from fellow staff members was reported and nothing was done about it (management too “busy” to take care of the problems at hand). There are some good staff members here but the rest are mostly just immature younglings always on their phones even while watching the campers. Don’t work here and most importantly do not take your kids here for after-school or summer camp if you really care about their well-being."

"Love the facility, and work staff. Management is horrific and communicates to gym members at the last second. They shut down gym during certain hours and days with little to no notice. Good workout equipment, great members, and I like to spend my money local. Gave 3 stars because of management."
