"I bought a snorkel mask (age 3-10) for my 6 year old and it never worked properly. The strap kept falling off and would not stay. For $20 it should have worked properly. When I went back to the store the man there was extremely rude and dismissive and didn’t even want to hear me. Don’t ever buy anything from this store: This man should not be working with people, he’s a miserable person. Zero stars if I could."

"I wish I could give zero stars! Total scam, they charged $98 for 2 cheap t shirt and wouldn’t give a refund a minute after the purchase. I made sure I told everyone at the store that it was a scam before leaving!"

"Careful. Items are not properly packaged and when you pick a box up to look at the price, the cup inside falls to the floor and brakes, and then they make you pay full price for it. You can tell they have removed the plastic band that prevents this from happening in most of the cases. I wish I had noticed this before picking up the box. Scam?"

"Stopped in here after getting brunch. Picked up a swim suit top($25), shoes($35), earrings($10), and 2 “free” shirts that came to $161. Those 6x6 kids logos were apparently $91?! Not to mention the vinyl was already pealing off once the material cooled. 2 guys behind us got their card back before it was charged luckily. I turned into that angry white Texan woman, made a scene and got a refund. Unfortunately, they returned the wrong amount, so I will continue the dispute through my bank. Wish I would have checked reviews prior to coming in this store."

"After taking care of business next door at UPS, I noticed this beach store and decided to explore after I saw an outfit that was worn by Phoebe on Love Island in the window. I was not aware of all the negative reviews about this place. I did not have a bad experience here and I was treated well. I bought 2 beach outfits and am happy with them. There were price tags on the items and with negotiations, I was able to get a good discount. Although I was asked if I wanted a good deal on some T-shirts, I turned down the offer. There is ample parking outside along with wheelchair accessibility."
