"While I'm grateful this place exists, my problem is that anytime I've ever called for information, the people who answer the phone have no idea what the answer to my question is and simply refer me to the website. I have 2 things to say about that: I would understand them not knowing the answer if I was calling to ask for a recipe for lemon chiffon cake, but when I'm calling to ask about events that taking place (or not) at The Center, they should probably know a little bit about that. They should probably be experts about that once specific subject. And, if the answer was on the website, I wouldn't have called at all. Whether these are volunteers or employees, clearly, better training is needed here."
