"For a over a million dollar park, I think this could have been designed a little better. The only input asked for was the "theme" of the park. The brown "log" or balance beam is the same color as the ground and made of a very very hard material with no give whatsoever. I've seen someone run slap into it harming themselves very badly. He couldn't walk out of the park. On the other hand, my little one loves coming here. The ground is a padded sort of recycled plastic which absorbs the shock of falls quite nicely and there's lots of slides to choose from. The merry go round is inserted and level with the ground. ALL the kids seem to love this. I can't wait until the city puts in restrooms and a water fountain would be quite nice."

"Really nice playground. It was so much fun for me and my child. It's the first one that I saw that has lots of modern slides and swing. Looks and feels very safe. The playground has a safe soft rubber floor. I wish there was a nice playground like this near where I leave to take my child to it. This playground has more fun slides and swings and climbing towers similar to modern evropeen playgrounds, even better than I ever seen."

"I’ve been going to the Foley Kids Park since 2002, first taking my little sister and now my own kids. It was redone within the last year sometime and the old wooden playground was taken out for a new modern metal one. The ground throughout is the soft rubbery surface. The playground itself is very big. Most if the area is for 5-12 but my 2.5 year old held his own. There is also a smaller area for littles. My oldest son was very excited because they have a new swing that is the same as the one in the Bluey episode “Promises.” I wish there was more shaded benches but there are only a few. Overall we love the new playground and highly recommend it."
