She was very rude with her response to me when I asked a simple question about where I should locate a certain size. Even when I was purchasing my item she never said thank you and had no eye contact with me."

"The new owners are rude. They also find it okay to close early during the week not even turning the 'open' sign off. I am a visitor who only comes to Venice once every 7 or 8 years and refuses refunds. They do store credit or exchanges but lack a variety of merchandise. They keep their 'return' policy sign hidden until you need to return something. They are highly priced but have no customer service skills. I've been coming to this shop for almost 40 years. The new ownership is a disgrace."
