"Very disappointed in what happened to our pups, not only were they getting a wash, nail trim, and ears cleaned, but they were supposed to get a blueberry face scrub. They did not get a face scrub or anything done to their face. They both have severe gunk around their eyes, that was not touched, and one of our pups had poop on her rear end. Then they proceed to make excuses and lied about it. Called them ASAP, and what we got was ; We’re sorry you feel this way, we did what we could. One of the excuses was while our pups waited the 10-15 mins in crate, that they teared up and the tears hardened like goop around their eyes. I told them that is another outright lie, and I’ve groomed the dogs for the last few years and it takes at least a week, or two before you begin to see the tears harden. Just so sad because the staff seemed to be nice."
