"I am sad to have to write this review. Let me start by saying, everyone I have interacted with at PetSmart Grooming has been extremely kind and professional. The customer experience there is always pleasant. But we were really let down this time with the actual grooming. I took my Goldendoodle in to be groomed at 2:30pm. There had been an issue with over-scheduling that day, which happens and I get that. But 4 hours later, they called me saying a dog before him had taken longer than expected and he had been bathed, but if I wanted him to get his full cut, that it would be another hour. (So he has been crated for at least 3 hours before he even gets bathed) so I say if he is calm to go ahead with the cut. An hour later they call again saying he was extremely matted and it had been more challenging than they'd expected. I finally get to pick him up at 8:45 pm. (Over 6 hours after dropping him off) and he is a mess. Paws, belly, face were all choppy, he was totally uneven. Poor guy looked humiliated and exhausted. I wasn't charged for the service and I appreciated that and the sincere apologies from everyone. They scheduled me a free appointment to finish the cut. So I took him back a few days later to get him fixed up by a different stylist, and he came out much better. But now, a few days later, he has a nasty ear infection. It is frustrating to be told that he was extremely matted because I have been taking him to PetSmart to be groomed every month since he was 4 months old. We brush him often and he spends the majority of his time indoors except when we are on walks. So how could he have been so terribly matted?? It just didn't really add up to me. We had a groomer at Oviedo PetSmart who we loved, but she hasn't been on the schedule recently so we have been trying to find another. But honestly, every time we have taken him there, we have come out with a new version of our dog, because everyone has been trained on different breeds and may not have groomed many Doodles. I just want to suggest to any parents of Doodles, find someone who you can schedule with long-term who specializes in grooming Doodles. I would have honestly preferred if the groomer at PetSmart would've told me she didn't feel comfortable grooming him than go through this last experience. Disappointed."

"Jayde C is the absolute best at the grooming, fifty stars, give her the whole shop! Doggo got the best furmination he's ever had and he's so soft (and he knows it!)"

"The store is great! Some of the employees are great. But do not make a grooming appt at 8am. Cause no one is ever there. A little upset that they would schedule these appointments but not be there for them."
