"I have to say that my visit with the vet was amazing! He spent the whole hour they assign for each patient. No rush, clear communication and plan of care. He explained that they charge a good price for the visit so they spend enough time with each pet and owner and don’t rush. My visit look 20 minutes and he made sure to stay in the room and chat until the end. He didn’t want to just spend my money repeating X-rays and exams that were not necessary and I appreciate that. Very pleased!"

"I am beyond impressed with Van Lue Veterinary Surgical. My 7 year old terrier mix tore her CCL and we were referred by our primary vet. I did extensive research and chose this surgical center. Each staff member is a consummate professional, and Dr. Steve took almost an hour explaining in detail what happened, what our options were, and the cost. On the day of surgery, I dropped my baby off and picked her up in the afternoon. I received a call from Dr. Anne who again, explained in detail what exactly they found, how the procedure was performed, and what to expect.
