"Was told I had to put my coffee that I purchased next door on a table at the very front of the building before I could enter. No thanks, not leaving my coffee around total strangers. Not only that, the only reason this store gets as much foot traffic as it does is because of the amazing coffee shop right next door. Also super cheap looking products inside the store from what I could tell."

"Nice store but the return policy is unimaginable in retail today. Just bought two pairs of shorts and realized one pair were a different length. Drove 16 miles back to swap for the correct length...they didn't have them, they couldn't order them, and they suggested I keep coming back to check their inventory....Not driving 32 miles round trip to "keep checking". The right thing to do in a case like this is simply refund the one pair of shorts... NOT an option! Was offered a store credit. Considering calling Amex Platinum to dispute. Make absolute certain that your purchase is correct and/or not defective because you're stuck with what you buy at Old Naples Surf Shop. Will never visit them again."

"During my time working at ONSS I met some wonderful and hardworking staff, an extremely caring and giving owner and some really cool locals who love to support their local surf shop. This store puts loads of hard work into delivering the best products and experiences to their customers. It was very difficult to resist spending the money I made here because everything is SO NICE! The staff is very well trained and the owner just wants to provide an answer to any possible question or service you need wether that be board repair, rentals or surf spots, they always seem to have a recommendation for you. This shop is an honest and humble business, come in and share some kindness and you will be welcomed as a friend every time you visit."

"Young staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, we would have loved to buy from her. Then the woman with short dark hair appeared and was extremely rude to my 6 year old daughter for touching a skateboard when there were two adults standing right next to her watching closely. We’ve shopped here many times and had hundreds of dollars of merchandise pulled aside to purchase and walked out and across the street to spend my money there instead. Not sure if she was the owner or staff member, but there are way too many great stores in Naples to spend money at a place when you’re treated so rudely. Disappointed and won’t be back!"
