"They are very unprofessional last time the charge me $60 for grooming my pet Today they arrived no problem they took the dog did their work no problem but when I went to pay them they tell me this time is $75 I ask why I was not inform at the beginning before they started instead of the end off the work and they said we are sorry but we forgot but it happen I said that's not professional of your part and that leaves me a bad taste on your service He with no remorse said I understand but that's the price and he pretty much acted like he did not care I ask for the owner but he just said he is the assistant and just ended with I understand if you don't used us any more The owner was one that came last time and I'm shore she is not aware of her Employees unprofessional tactics be aware people"
