"I can’t believe the incompetence of these people, I love the parkland location so much and because they were booked I made an appointment at boca. I went in with my dog and told the front desk girl multiple times he is severely allergic to their shampoo, so I brought my own and handed it to her directly, and she put it down in front of her. I repeated it so many times because of how important it was that they didn’t use their normal products I come back to pick him up and the shampoo is sitting in the exact spot it was left in. I knew that they hadn’t used it. So I asked her what shampoo did you use since mine is still sitting here and she said I don’t know and went in the back. She then comes out with another coworker, and they tried to lie and say oh, I just put that there, the bottle is in the exact, same place, and untouched and has the same . I then go on to say, don’t try to lie your way out of this I know you didn’t use my shampoo. It was extremely unprofessional of them to lie instead of up to the fact that I may need to bring him to the vet and they are responsible. It was a horrible experience the front desk girl seems slow and seems like she’s not paying attention. It seem to be super busy and maybe one person isn’t enough front staff. Needless to say, I will be sticking with the Parkland Location"
