"Bad experience ever, the day that we got the puppy was wonderful, getting a new member to our family. We went to the mandatory visit to the vet after 2 days that We got the puppy, We communicated to the vet that he didn’t want to eat and his fecal was diarrhea. He told us that the puppy has giarda, we went to the puppybuddy to mention this and the manager just said “no way” and gave us a number to place a claim. After that we paid for his medicine but the puppy was getting worse and worse, weak and diarrhea with blood, all that happened in the same week. We decided to take him to another vet because we live 1h away from the vet next to the store in boca. We took him to get emergency attention and they told us that he is not the breed original, it’s the mini version and he has an anormal leg, which we didn’t care because the most important was to save this puppy. After the exams he got positive for coccidia and giarda. We paid almost $800 for the whole attention. When we claim to petcare puppybuddy about this because the puppy came sick from the store they rejected to take care of that and we just received a call saying that they can return just $350 in the next 3 months, and that practically we didn’t have to take him to emergency to know what he has, that we could avoid paying the other test. But how you can be okay seeing a baby dog suffering. Honestly, they should do better. These poor puppies are going to live with kids, with families and we trusted this place. Paying $6000 to get a healthy baby dog. He still sick, My heart is broken because i don’t like to see him one day okay one day not okay. Please check in your dogs. It’s not even a month and we have all of this going on at home. Don’t buy dogs here, they don’t take care of them. They sell Sick puppies for a lot of money, bad customer service they don’t even care. Looking at your dog sick, it breaks your heart it’s like we found him on the streets sick and now we are helping him, at the same Time someone stole money from You."

"Such a wonderful experience. Frank was so helpful and welcoming. I came in with 3 young girls who just wanted to spend some time with the puppies and go in the playroom. He was more than happy to accommodate. We will definitely come back to spend more time with the puppies. We appreciated them just allowing us to browse. The girls had such a great time."
