"I loved the grooming I took my golden doodle to get a haircut it was the 24th and were very busy and nicely explained that my dog wouldn't get all the attention he needed and would take 5 hours and they told me they didn't want risking a bad job , we had some concerns that they might shave him but then later explained that they wouldn't want to do anything to him that we wouldn't want , we ended up not doing the appointment cus of how busy it was and decided to reschedule, everyone was really nice and even gave a few treats to my dog , I absolutely loved the people there and they were really kind to explain to me everything"

"First time bringing my dog for grooming and probably the last time. Everything went great with the grooming however the issue came when we were trying to pay. The assistant manager or shift leader Parker should not be in a customer facing role. This is the most rude and entitled thinking person I have met. Throw them in the back in the warehouse away from people. Was rude to myself and I also saw them be rude to someone else!"

Jennice your the best technician snoop can have. Your so kind, patience and so attentive to our needs regarding our puppy thank you. I highly recommend this place."
