"The portion was a surprise it was a Shockingly small Sandwich. Dry meat. Wow this is a brand new store. The man at the counter was great. But for the money not really worth it."
"Let's start with the food. AWFUL! The cheesesteaks were skimpy, dry, and only 1 slice of cheese that was placed on only 1 side of the sandwich. The French fries were undercooked. The soft serve ice cream was watery. The place was dirty. Now you have lost all the Philly people forever. If I could zero stars, I would have!"
"These Charlie's cheesecake stores are popping up everywhere, but this one's been here for a while and we happen to be in the mall so we decided to try it. The whole download the app thing is a little complicated, and you won't get your $5 reward before you order, likely, but food we had was great."
"1st and last time customer. Extremely disappointed. For the cost of everything, just not worth it. The small portion of fries you are given for what you pay, is so sad. They portray a complete different image on their menu than what you actually receive. Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem that management is aware of but clearly has done nothing about. I attached 2 pictures of what they show an order of fries look like (which was all I ordered as a small meal for myself)...then the picture of what came in my order (which was NOTHING like their pictures)."
