"Every time I come to Charley’s I have a good experience, today was horrible, and WILL NOT! I ordered two combos, which are supposed to come with fries and a drink $20 and some change. When I finished I asked her can I get my drink and she looked surprised and said I didn’t order a drink, but I specifically told her what I wanted and she clearly didn't understand. Then the manager came up and SNATCHED the receipt out of my hand and said “Like yeah she rang you up for two combos and with one fries and a drink.” Again, I know what I stated and what I ordered. It was clear she didn’t understand, the manager said “Well this is what she rang you up for” and still was going to charge me for the mistake that HIS employee made. I didn’t even have in me to argue back and I was not about to hold the line. I left with a messed-up order altogether, including the sandwhich order!"
"I came to the mall with my family and my sister has an allergy to mushrooms and asked the lady if she would clean the grill so that she could order some food before she ate so that she wouldn’t get an allergy attack but the lady told her that they can the grill in the morning and she wasn’t gonna clean the grill for my sister"
"This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. Everything‘s excellent!the cheesesteaks are so good I just tried the buffalo chicken cheesesteak, delicious, and I ordered the mozzarella sticks which were nice and thick and had great cheese pulls. This place is awesome.!! this will definitely be my go to for Philly cheesesteaks for sure."
"I usually love Charley's great food! But this location dropped the ball hard. Orded online went up to an employee and they told me to go stand in the line. After 20 mintues we finally reached the register they handed us our food. Got home it was all incorrect. I will never go to this location agin."
"So I came to this Charley’s and they wouldn’t honor my ticket since they now have an app. You can tell I obviously like to eat here and I understand most places have apps now but I spent money here! I’ll be taking my services to firehouse subs. Brandon mall Charley’s goodbye"
