My husband and I got an eight week old German Shepherd puppy and a e quickly found out how unprepared we were for training such a highly driven and rambunctious puppy from a strong working line. We were losing our minds as we weren’t able to properly crate train him, potty train him, or even teach him general obedience without getting frustrated. I found Red Fox Dog Training through Google and social media. After reading so many five star reviews, and seeing video proof of other dogs that they successfully trained, I decided to reach out to them. Nicole gave me a call back pretty quickly and explained their process to me and had great answers to all of my questions. By the very next day, our boy was off to his three week Starter Pack training program. Nicole, Sam, and Claudia are fantastic at what they do. They frequently sent video updates on our dog’s progress and even took him to a vet appointment that he had scheduled. After three weeks, when we got him back, he was a brand new puppy. He is now able to calm himself in his crate, he is potty training very well with no accidents in the house (knock on wood) and is overall more confident. My husband and I can’t thank Red Fox Dog Training enough for what they did for our puppy and us. We will certainly be using their services again as our puppy grows for even more training. "This review is long overdue, life happened but this is for November 2023. Redfox Training provided exceptional service when we needed to board our French Bulldog on short notice. Despite the urgency of our request, they accommodated us without hesitation, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and care. Throughout our time away, they went the extra mile by sending us photos of our fur baby, allowing us to rest assured that she was in good hands. Upon our reunion, it was evident that our French Bulldog had been well looked after and returned to us as a content and happy pup. This speaks volumes about the quality of care and attention she received during her stay at Redfox Training. They even followed up after to check on her and let us know they missed her. We are genuinely grateful for the peace of mind they provided and the excellent care they extended to our beloved pet. "My dog went to training for impulsiveness, general obedience, and inability to settle. First, my dog is finally able to be in a crate without whining or crying. I can leave my house and put him in his crate without having to worry about my house being ruined because he’s safe and sound asleep in his crate. I can clean my house while he is in his crate as well. They explained how to help me help my dog. It’s not just about the training he receives it’s also about training ME to help continue the training. They really helped me understand my dog, and helped me get a routine down with him. Now that he’s at home I do multiple training sessions a day with him and it keeps him tired and well rested. My only problem that I ever had was the time in between communication while he was in training. It would sometimes take a four or five days in between responses. Nicole did address my concerns in the moment although it did happen a couple times. However, I do understand that there are a lot of dogs they have in their care and they’re doing their best with their busy schedule. I 100% do recommend their training and will FOREVER be grateful for their help. I was so overwhelmed with my dog as he is my first and happens to be an extremely high drive dog, and they have helped me so much."

"I have had Tobi (2 years old) back for 2 Months and Nicole's expertise and dedication in helping my dog, transform over the course of more than four weeks was truly commendable. Tobi came into her care with impulsive and reactive behaviors that were causing stress for both of us, and the positive changes I've witnessed in him are nothing short of remarkable. Nicole tackled multiple issues during Tobi's training, from leash manners to picky eating habits, and most notably, addressing his reactivity around his kennel and other dogs. On the day Tobi was dropped off, Nicole provided a comprehensive recap of all the training he had received to me and my whole family, as well as guidance on how to continue his progress at home. Her thoroughness in this regard was greatly appreciated. The only negative thing experienced throughout the training and sometimes after are communication issues. While I know she is very busy there were multiple instances where I experienced delays in receiving responses/pictures/videos, sometimes taking several days. While Nicole did address this concern after it was raised multiple times it bothered me in the moment. Despite the communication hiccups, I am grateful for Nicole's hard work to helping Tobi become a better companion. Her training methods and expertise have made a significant difference in both Tobi's behavior and our quality of life.
