From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff was experienced and knowledgeable. Val took the time to understand Hugo's specific needs, for me I needed to be there so he could focus on me and to make him feel comfortable. We set up an appointment for the following week. Right away and during the grooming session, they were patient, gentle and attentive to his every move. Kathleen worked magic on his fur, leaving him looking and feeling amazing. I was especially impressed with how Kathleen handled Hugo's anxiety with positive reinforcement and I had treats on hand to keep him calm and relaxed, and I could see the difference in his demeanor. He loved Kathleen and Val was more confident and relaxed than I expected. He's come a long way in a few short months. Overall, I would highly recommend Stylish Dog Grooming to anyone looking for a safe and effective grooming experience for their furry friend.
