"I have been taking my service dog Venus to Broadway for over a year now and just haven’t written a review yet. Leaving any dog with strangers is scary, but leaving your service dog that you rely on to live is even scarier. Venus’s first time with them was right after she was fully vaccinated as a puppy and they were incredible with her! When I picked her up she was happy and confident rather than fearful or stressed. Throughout her monthly visits she wouldn’t want to leave me since that’s she was trained to do, but they were so patient and kind to her and helped her feel comfortable. She would always come back with a cute bandana or bows, and looked gorgeous! They were great with working with us to create a personalized style that I liked the look of and it become her “regular”. I now live in Boston for college, but I already have her appointments scheduled at Broadway during my breaks because they have always been so good to us. Highly highly recommend such talented groomers, but also lovely, kind people!"
