"The groomer didn’t have the courtesy to mention she nicked my puppy’s face. The entire side of his face is skin close/bare… I’ll never trust them again. Communication is key…I’ve noticed some of reviews aren’t real clients. I would NOT recommend this grooming service! I paid the full price and tipped….Don’t use the groomer! 1. I do not have a long list of groomer reviews. I have rated other places favorably. 2. The owner’s attitude is horrible, her online response and text message was arrogant and rude. 3. I did not accept the refund or dispute the charge as the Owner recommended via text message because a service was provided. I stand by the 1Star rating."
