"I have had a consistently challenging experience with this pharmacy and feel compelled to share my feedback. Unfortunately, communication has been a significant barrier, particularly with one of the older staff members, which has often come across as discourteous. As someone who has been paying for medication out-of-pocket due to a gap in my insurance coverage, I was disheartened by the staff's unwillingness to try and run my new insurance as my insurance provider confirmed this pharmacy as in network. Their approach to my situation, especially their comments about insurance coverage (telling me its Medicaid, and it is NOT. The insurance is First Health via Kaiser Permanente and it is through my employer. How incredibly RUDE) was both confusing and unhelpful. He said "it's not for this month, maybe next month" - that is NOT how insurance works. Moreover, there have been persistent issues with my prescription details. Despite providing my ID for verification, my name has been repeatedly misspelled on the prescription labels, and efforts to rectify this have been met with indifference. I am perplexed by the positive reviews this pharmacy has received, as my experiences starkly contrast them. It's crucial for any healthcare provider, including pharmacies, to maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service. I hope my feedback will be taken as constructive criticism, leading to improvements in their service for other customers, but I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I tried Walgreens, CVS and Publix pharmacies. All failed miserably! Hard to reach and long wait times, no customer service. In my search I found Lutz Pharmacy. They are reachable, responsive, accurate and friendly. Finally I have found a Pharmacy with people who care about their customers. The best experience I have ever had. "This is the best pharmacy I have been to. They had my Rx ready within an hour of the doctor calling. Because I do not have insurance, they automatically gave me the Goodrx price. Not only that, they offer the best price when I look online compared to places like Walmart, Costco, and Walgreens. When I called, I got the pharmacist on the line. Last but not least, the pharmacist is the same person who checked me out and offered to answer my questions with sincere care. This is now my goto pharmacy even though it is not the closest. I hope they keep up their good work."
