"The first time I went in the store they were so nice and helpful and I decided I would sleep on it before making my purchase. I returned the same week and the workers were rude and acted like I was crazy when I noticed the price jump by hundreds within days. Never got to make my purchase"

"If I could zero stars I would. I went into the store today and came across a pair of sunglasses I fell in love with. The sales woman came and told me they didn’t have any cases to go along with the sunglasses, I found it odd but over looked it. I asked her to bring me a new pair from the back. She comes back out with the glasses in a plastic bag, sets them on the counter and walks away without a word. I open the bag and their the floor models. I could tell from my make up smudge on the side. I mentioned it to her and with an attitude goes to the back and brings me another pair and sets them in front of me. Needless to say I walked right out of the store and went over to Gucci where I got stellar service and gave them my business since JC was clearly not interested. The lack of professionalism and rudeness I experienced is one thing but to be deceptive and sell me something else than what I was paying for is another. Stay away from this place."
