"Ordered medium rare got well and bake potatoes had no flavor. The only good thing we had was sweet potato casserole and onion rings. The servers where nice but we will not be going back."

"My husband and I have eaten at the West Mobile location several times and always had great service and great food. Tonight, we were in Daphne and decided to try this location. Let me start with the good. The waitress had a good attitude and was sweet, but that is about where the good ends. We knew what we wanted, so we ordered right when the waitress came over. Our salads were brought out right away but not the bread. My husband ordered a Cesar salad, and it had an overwhelming taste of garlic. Before I could take three bites of my salad, our meal was brought to our table. We also ordered an appetizer. However, it was never brought to our table. My husband told the waitress that we did not want it now since our food was already there. He asked for it to be removed from our bill. We had to ask for bread to be brought to our table, or we would not have had any. As far as the food goes, it lacked quality and taste. Our steaks (10oz & 12oz Ribeye) were very thin and didn't look very tasty. I am not sure they were ribeye steaks (and almost certain they were not the correct portion). Upon cutting into it, we both found that they were not cooked very well either. Half of it was more med/well, and the other half was med/rare. The steak also lacked flavor. We both ordered mushrooms with our meals, and that was the best thing we ate. The total for 2 steak meals (we drank water and did not get our appetizer) was around $66. Also, there is a 3% charge for using a payment method other than cash."

"Briquette's has a great atmosphere with a nice decor and comfortable seating. Mallory is a great server and the menu has an excellent variety of items to choose. They have a full bar as well. I found, having eaten here several times, that the ticket times are reasonable (10-20 minutes) and the food quality is very good. When steak prices are going through the roof, Briquette's continues to serve an excellent 14 oz. ribeye at a very good price. There are a few things that are made in house, like the onion rings. My friends and I have also tried the crab cakes, ribs and the fried green tomatoes which are all very good. My friends and I will continue to meet at Briquette's for great appetizers, steaks, and deserts. I would recommend a try."

"Excellent service! Our server, Trisha, was very pleasant, prompt, and on top of things. I would go back again based on our interaction with her tonight. The porterhouse was perfectly cooked and seasoned just enough. Very good. The dining area was very clean. For anyone like me who looks at things like this, the ceiling and air vents were without any dust. Much appreciated!"

"Debra and I stopped by the other evening to enjoy dinner at briquettes! When we arrived, we let them know it was just the two of us, the hostess promptly seated us in a booth. Our server greeted us, provided menus, and took our drink order She was prompt, courteous, and inquired whether we had any questions of the menu. She also provided us the specials for the evening which include today 18 ounce bone in ribeye, which we decided would be perfect for us to share. We select an hour sides, and off she went! Kudos to her, if my sweet tea was anywhere between 1/3 and a half, she always had a fresh one Our meal arrived, the steak was seasoned nicely, was cooked to the temperature we had requested, and the sides were wonderful. Overall, the food was really good, priced competitively, and the service was top-notch !"
