"This place is garbage. The rooms are gross. The staff doesn't care. The "continental breakfast " is a joke. They have 2 of the smallest ice machines in the world and neither work at all. Tge air conditioner works some times. The place is owned by a slumlord for sure. You can see him and his trophy wife lingering around and not caring that the hotel they own is complete trash. This place should be examined by the health district."
"I was sent to this hotel by United after my flight was canceled to stay for the night. It is close to the airport. The room smells and the mattress has yellow stains. The room is worn and needs a facelift. There is no elevator and I had to drag my suitcase up the winding staircase. On the plus side the receptionist was courteous. To reply to you- the mattress was not wrapped and I have pictures of the mattress. I routinely check mattresses when I stay at hotels- You are thinking of someone else as I previously stated the airline booked this hotel."
"I love everything in this hotel. My room was super clean! the employees were so nice even to my kids!! Pool had crystal clear blue waters. Continental breakfast was good and you cant beat the price! I have to come back and visit my sister and I already made my reservation. I wouldn't stay at another hotel. Thank you so much Windsor"
