"Bad experience false advertisement over charge me for a room when I specifically asked for a small smoking room than later told there was not a smoker’s room available and that I would be charge an extra $50 very poor management"
"They stole my money and cancelled my reservation in the process of retrieving my card to pay my security deposit. This hotel is a complete scam or swindlers and rip off artists!!! It’s dirty, the staff has absolutely no idea what “customer service” is!! I would not recommend it!! Unless you want to be ripped off and give this hotel free money, book somewhere else because that is EXACTLY what you will receive. I give it a one star only because no star isn’t possible."
"I got a room after checking and and used my key card and a family was already in the room. Could of caused a serious problem thankfully the family did not get upset with me. The key card opened the room I was given. All that did was give me another room and go to saying they did not have anyone suppose to be in the room. Which was not true the family had been there for days. The super 8 attendant did not apologize or anything. Still cant get a hold of anyone for that incident. Will not go back could have been a serious conflict with the family in the room. They where shocked like I was"
"If we could give a lower rating we would. We arrived had a room on the second floor. Room smelled like weed. Opened one of the drawers and there was roaches. Dirty, nasty, I'd rather sleep in my truck. Person at the front desk was rude and quoted off a lot of additional charges. This was a check in see room and check out immediately"
"Me and my family have been staying here for about a week so far. Very enjoyable place. The front desk staff have been wonderful with the exception of one (Tony) who is very rude and and not very hospitable but try not to let one person spoil the rest of the staff. With years of experience in customer service and a front desk clerk myself I wouldn't have him on my staff. However, to my surprise the rooms are very clean and presentable. Overall I would stay again."
