"Checked in today and got probably the best customer service I've ever had. Knowing I'm a single mother staying with my children, the GM made sure my room was in front by the office and did everything to make sure we were comfortable. The house keeper Angie was on point! Saw how many of us were staying and made sure we had enough supplies for me and my 3 kids! Its an old motel and not perfect but the staff more than make up for any flaws. Feels like family here! Location is everything! Everything you need is in walking distance...mall right up the road!"
"I wanted to share how wonderful the staff here has been. Charity and Angie, in housekeeping, are always friendly, upbeat and go above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied. Also, the desk staff, Mariah, is always upbeat and accommodating. Victor in maintenance always makes sure the grounds look great!! The staff here is great!!"
"This place really sucks. The room is very dirty, and bed sheets are even dirtier, what's more, the room is full of bugs and cockroaches, and you are likely to get cockroaches/bugs climbed to your body during your sleep. For the 5 stars ratings , just check a little bit more comments, you will understand why there are higher ratings. If you want to experience the worst hotel in the 21st century, welcome to check it out."
"Office Staff is very friendly and hospitable as well as housekeepers and property staff. Especially Jamie and mrs candy are great! Rooms very clean and comfortable and all accommodations were met and all needs were met quickly as needed. Will definitely recommend to others and I will definitely be staying again! Thank you!"
